Jacob Martin

Analyst, Science and Technology

Jacob Martin supports ITTA’s clients on a broad range of issues related to science and technology. His work focuses on military and civilian space policy, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, public health, and defense research and development. Mr. Martin follows policy and regulatory developments related to those areas in Congress and US government agencies including the Departments of Defense, Energy, Commerce, Health and Human Services, and Homeland Security, as well as NASA and the National Science Foundation. Mr. Martin’s areas of expertise include Congress, the IT Sector, the US space program, and the US defense industrial base.

Before joining ITTA, Mr. Martin spent six years on Capitol Hill in various capacities within the personal office of a member of Congress, as an external consultant, and on a campaign finance team. He received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from American University.
