Miriam Pineda-Gonzalez supports ITTA’s clients across a broad range of energy and environmental issues, with a particular focus on the US electricity sector. She advises clients on developments within RTOs/ISOs, federal and DC based policymaking, and state and local regulatory trends. Her portfolio also includes renewable energy, emerging energy policies and the intersection of AI, data centers, and electricity demand. Ms. Gonzalez has expertise in environmental regulation and energy security, with a regional focus on Latin America. She also assists clients in navigating the ongoing operational and regulatory challenges affecting the US power sector. She earned her Master of Science in Environment and International Affairs from Georgetown University in 2025, specializing in Energy Technology and Policy. She also holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Environmental Science and Policy and International Relations from the University of California, Irvine.
