ITTA Telecommunications Consulting Group provides counsel to prospective bidders in U.S. or foreign spectrum auctions, advises governments on the development and deployment of spectrum auction designs, and assists and supports international communications companies wishing to participate in spectrum auctions before the Federal Communications Commission.

Management

ITTA advises and assists on spectrum management issues involving governmental and non-governmental uses of frequencies in the United States. The Telecommunications Group includes experience obtaining experimental licensing for initial use of commercial C-Band satellite spectrum aboard U.S. aircraft carriers leading to outfitting other U.S. Navy vessels with new broadband communications capability. Similar applications were also applied to cruise liners, petroleum drilling platforms, and other commercial maritime users.
