Internship Program

ITTA Inc. awards paid internship positions to graduate students in the field of international security, foreign policy, international affairs, or international trade. ITTA also works with senior  undergraduate students; however, these positions are unpaid.

Internships at ITTA are structured to provide the student with valuable experience by working with ITTA professional staff in serving the needs of our clients. A commitment of at least 20 hours per week is preferred, with flexible scheduling during normal business hours. 

Intern positions primarily involve substantive research, analysis, and writing. Interns who demonstrate strong skills and abilities will also be given responsibility for preparing reports and other client deliverables. No more than one third of the tasks assigned will involve administrative duties such as filing, copying, and telephone reception.
