two consecutive years, ITTA has been selected to support the United
States Internet Council with its annual State of the Internet
Report. The State of the Internet Report is a comprehensive
review of international Internet development, emerging policy issues,
online business expansion, and e-government adoption. The 2001
edition was recently released on November 12, 2001 at the National
